AI email intake: A tenant email taken to a closed work order
About this demo
Follow a maintenance request from the helpdesk inbox to a completed work order, handled by an AI intake agent.
The tenant just sends an email: no portal, no form, no phone call. The AI replies before anyone on the FM team has opened their inbox, raises the work order and sends it to a technician, then tells the tenant when the job is done.
- The email. Water is coming through the ceiling above the level 3 lobby. The AI replies, sets plumbing and high priority, and raises work order 23 for a technician.
- The work order. The same work order is live in Facilio with everything the AI gathered, so nobody rekeys it.
- The job. The technician accepts it from a chat message, pauses and restarts the clock as needed, sends a photo and marks it resolved. The supervisor approves with one tap.
- The loop closed. The AI's notes, the attachments and the time on the job sit on one record, and the AI tells the tenant it's done.
