AI email triage: Complete, incomplete and duplicate requests
About this demo
How the AI intake agent handles complete requests, missing details, duplicates and exceptions that arrive by email.
Most of a helpdesk inbox isn't new faults. Here 41 emails hold six real ones. The AI handles complete requests on its own, asks when a detail is missing, links duplicates to the job that already exists, and hands anything outside its scope to a person.
- A complete request. Everything the AI needs is in the email, so it classifies, assigns and replies with no person involved.
- A missing detail. One email never names the building. The AI won't create a work order it can't dispatch, so it asks for the site.
- Duplicates. Three more reports of the same leak are linked to the existing job instead of becoming new work orders.
- Out of scope and escalations. An urgent request outside the scope goes to the team, and a client escalation goes to the top of the queue.
- The handover. What's left for a person is already sorted: three decisions, each with the reason it was handed back.
