OpsVision reporting agent: Multi-site reports from a prompt
About this demo
A walkthrough of OpsVision, showing operational health across sites without building the report by hand.
Reports that used to take 3 to 4 days now take a prompt and a few minutes. OpsVision, the reporting agent, reads your work orders, feedback and comments and turns them into analysis you can act on.
- A vendor performance report. Ask for an analysis of December's work orders by vendor, and the agent processes them in minutes.
- Sentiment analysis. From a one-line prompt: which tenants are unhappy, what they said, and how to fix it.
- Monthly maintenance report. Corrective and preventive work, SLAs met and missed, incidents and images, from one prompt.
- Repair or replace. Which assets are likely to fail in the next 3 or 6 months, and which vendors maintain them well.
- What-if analysis. Weigh annual maintenance against an asset's price to decide what to investigate or replace.

We have our Ops Vision. So, this is the reporting AI intelligence agent, okay? Where vendor performance report. Give me a detailed analysis on the vendor performance based on the work orders that they have worked upon.
-
I'm probably going to add work order module with just for the month of December. Let me generate insights. So, what happens now is Facilio processes these work orders for the particular December month, identifies which are the ones that are being worked upon by vendor.
-
And this is probably going to take like 5 to 10 minutes. Basically, used to take like 3 to 4 days, and this creates report. So, until the reports get generated, let's go into some of the other reports that I had created based on like one-liner prompt. So, this was a prompt where I stated, "Hey, give me sentiment analysis." That's it. And if you if you see here, it actually showed about the tenants who are unhappy, and whatever feedback that they have given is clearly called out.
-
And not just that, the most critical aspect is it actually gives the recommendations associated to how you can operationally make them happy, okay? So, our one of the core use cases for which reporting intelligence AI is getting used is for the monthly maintenance report. So, so this is again, it got created with just a prompt where the work orders stats around it, the corrective maintenance order, or preventive maintenance, how many work orders met SLAs, which ones didn't.

If there are incidents associated to it, what were the incident, what happened to it. So, all if there are images, etc. All all those informations are clearly being brought out over here. So, one of the most other common use cases around the asset repair or replacement scenario. So, this is where agents are able to perform analysis on each of the assets and which one might likely fail within the next 3 months or 6 months or so on. And if they are associated to the vendors, it can tell which vendors are helping you do your asset maintenance better and which ones are not. So, this is my like my favorite where one of our customer who did this was a what if analysis where they can basically tell based on the annual maintenance as well as the actual price of the asset, you can do a what if analysis on which ones needs to be investigated or to replace.
