A revealing IDC Report shines a spotlight on the current state of CMMS user satisfaction: 51% are on the hunt for new maintenance management solutions, 52% are hungry for enhanced analytics, and a staggering 64% are craving more robust sustainability tools.
Switching CMMS solutions is a significant, time-consuming, and sometimes expensive change, despite which over 90 of the 140 FM professionals we surveyed recently wanted to switch to a new CMMS. This tells how deeply frustrated they are by the large gaps legacy systems leave, and the complexity they come with. Integration with other systems remains a struggle, leading to data isolation and stifled insights. Generating reports? A challenge. Addressing sustainability? Often overlooked.
