WorkQ Modules

A module is a business application task where a set of related functionalities are grouped into a single entity. The application offers a wide range of services in terms of modules, and every module is significant for its purpose. One of the salient features of the WorkQ application is making the interface absolutely customizable with the required set of modules. By default, the application displays the Asset and Maintenance modules to any user. Once signed up, the user may alter the application contents and the look and feel as per convenience.

Asset

Asset management of a facility is the lifecycle planning of assets in an organization, which allows facility managers to anticipate costs, plan for maintenance and upgrades, and minimize the total cost of ownership at the asset level.

Maintenance

Maintenance is a set of processes and practices to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and other assets used in the facility.

The application favors the users to add more modules to their account and also personalize the appearance of the home screen based on the requirement. Read the Customizing Tabs and Layout section in the Portals and Workcenters feature for more information.
