Logging into WorkQ

Login page is common among any type of secured application for authenticating the user before presenting secured contents of the application. After successful authentication, the user is directed to the application landing page.

The login page allows a user to gain access to the application by entering valid credentials. To sign in to the WorkQ app,

1. Open the app and click SIGN IN. The login screen appears as shown below.

   

2. Enter the registered email address and click NEXT.

   

3. Type the password in the above screen and click SIGN IN. If the credentials are valid, you will be successfully logged into the application.

   Note: You can use the Forgot password? link to reset the password. Refer Resetting WorkQ Password section for more information.

You may have the following features enabled for your organization:

• Single Sign-On (SSO) - Allows you to use the Sign in with Google link to login to the application
• Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) - Prompts you to verify your identity with a OTP generated through the authenticator application
