A job is assigned

A ticket is assigned to a technician or vendor in the system your tickets sync from, such as Facilio.

Atom sends it out

It sends the job by email, WhatsApp or SMS, as your rules say, and asks for a confirmed time.

Atom chases and updates

No reply? It calls. As the vendor answers, it sets the arrival time and moves the job along.

04

Proof, invoice, closed

It collects the signed sheet and photos, checks the invoice, and closes the job.
