Illustrating Inspection Process

Inspections are critical as they help to detect the sources of defects and reduce the chances of failures, ensuring consistent quality. The Inspection module of the application allows you to create and execute inspection processes with the help of preconfigured inspection templates. To navigate to this module, click the (Inspection) icon in the sidebar menu. All the existing inspection templates are displayed by default, as shown below.

Managing Inspections

An inspection is the actual assessment carried out to evaluate the process or product excellence. The application initiates the inspections with respect to the inspection template settings. Inspection can be triggered manually or automatically based on the trigger type set for the inspection template (read the TRIGGERS section for more information)
