Working with Assets

This section explains how the application allows you to manage the assets that belong to your facility. From the Assets module you can,

  • Creating a new asset

  • View or modify the details of an existing asset

  • Create maintenance schedules for the assets

  • Capture real time readings and track the performance of an asset

  • Analyse the cost of ownership of the asset

  • Review the history of the asset (for example, stateflow and downtime)

  • Indicate the status of an asset with respect to the associated details (for example, purchase date, retire date and warranty expiry)

  • Transfer the asset to another location (within the site)

  • Mark an asset as an inventory item or tool

  • Generate QR code for the asset

Managing Assets

This section explains how to create a new asset, change the asset status, mark an asset as rotating, transfer an asset to another location, and modify or delete an existing asset
