FM Co-Pilot — User Guide
Last Updated: April 2026 | Version 1.0
Overview
FM Co-Pilot allows Facility Managers and Operations teams to query platform data and take action using natural language. Queries run across the entire system — up to 50 records at a time. Results are returned in a conversation panel. Proposed changes require user approval before being applied.

- Templates can be edited or deleted from the gallery at any time

- Speak the query in a clear, natural voice
- The system transcribes the input automatically

Limitations & Considerations
| Global Record Limit | FM Co-Pilot processes up to 50 records per query. |
| File Upload Limit | File uploads are limited to 10 MB per file. |
| Approval Required | All proposed changes require explicit approval before anything is saved — no changes occur automatically. |
| Personal Templates | Saved prompt templates are personal to each user and not shared across the team. |
| Voice Input | Voice input stops automatically after silence — for longer queries, speak continuously or type instead. |
| Empty Query Results | If a query returns no results, check that the relevant fields in the records are populated. |
