Utility Management in Facilio

Facilio harnesses the power of OCR technology to streamline your utility bill management process. With our application, you can effortlessly digitize utility bills from your service providers. Simply define parsing logic to specify utility types billed, bill generation frequency, and other relevant details. The application processes any uploaded bill based on your parsing logic and maps the details to relevant fields in Facilio. The parsed details are then sent for approval, ensuring accuracy every step of the way. Once approved, you can conveniently view the bill details in the list view within relevant sections of our platform. For any special cases requiring unique details mapping, our application offers the flexibility to handle them using regex expressions. Plus, you can define multiple parsing logics to accommodate different bill formats from various providers, making utility bill management a breeze. To navigate to this module, click the (Utility) icon in the sidebar menu. The Utility Account section displaying the associated utility accounts appears by default, as shown below.
