Conflict and Error Scenarios
During synchronization from offline to online, certain records may encounter conflicts or errors that prevent them from syncing successfully.
Conflict Scenarios
A conflict occurs when a work order record has been updated by another user online while it was also modified offline.
When this happens, the system flags the record as conflicted in the Logs Queue page.
The technician must delete the conflicted change and retry the sync.
This behavior applies to all types of record updates made offline.
Error Scenarios
An error may occur if there is any interruption in internet connectivity during synchronization.
In such cases, the affected record is shown with an error status in the Logs Queue page.
The user can simply retry the sync once connectivity is restored.
Both conflicted and errored records are clearly indicated in the Logs Queue, ensuring users can easily identify and take corrective action.
