Basic Components

This module revolves around the following components:

Component	Description
Visit	A visit is a record created in the application when a visitor checks in to the registered facility. Direct check-ins and check-ins through invites are considered as visits.
Check-In	Check-in is the process of recording someone's arrival at a certain place.
Check-Out	Check-out is the process of recording the visitors departure from the checked in facility
Invite	An invite is a record in the application with the details of a scheduled visit. It is sent through an email or SMS to a single person or a group of people who are expected to visit the facility.
Visitor	A visitor is an individual who checks-in to the facility.
Watchlist	A watchlist is a member list created in the application to isolate the uncommon visitors. It is used to identify both the blocked and privileged visitors.
