Basic Components

This module revolves around the following components:

Component	Description
Vendor	The third parties to whom the FM (Facility Manager) assigns organization’s maintenance activities
Contacts	The people associated to the vendors to whom vendors in turn can assign the maintenance activities
Insurance	The policy to cover the risk associated with the work environment
Vendor Portal	An exclusive interface that allows the vendors to access and process the work orders assigned to them
Work Order	The requests raised for any maintenance activity (that is, preventive and reactive) in a facility
