Illustrating Portfolio Management
The Portfolio module of the application allows you to add the sites and buildings, and associate spaces, floors, assets, and other information to them. It helps to virtually connect and understand the layout of the geographically dispersed organization structures allowing you to micro-manage every aspect of them.
To access this module, go to the home screen upon clicking icon in the sidebar menu and navigate to the PORTFOLIO section on the main menu. The Space Management screen displaying the list of sites appears as shown below.

Creating Space Hierarchy
The space hierarchy creation is the process of registering the structural details of the buildings by geographical area into the application, respective to the order of the elements.
For example, buildings are grouped within the sites based on their location, and floors and spaces are associated with the buildings.Importing Space Details

When you click on any component (that is, site, building, floor, or space) the basic details (like, the number of associated buildings, floors, spaces, and independent spaces and gross area) of the particular component are displayed to the userAssigning Operating Hours
The operating hours refer to the business or working hours of an organization. In portfolio management, specifying the operating hours for sites or buildings provides a clear understanding to the clients on when to reach out to them for availing of the respective servicesMarking Active Inactive
