Overview

Facilio's Portfolio Management module is one of the many primary modules that help the user get on board with Facilio. It provides the facility managers and building owners with a bird-eye view of all the sites occupied and the infrastructure of the buildings owned across the globe.

While this module provides the facility manager with an overall view of all facilities they manage, it also displays all pertinent details of every building, space, and floor associated with a site. It includes information, such as alarms generated, work orders executed, maintenance activities planned, assets installed and working, related documents, and so on.

In addition, the application offers an exclusive floor plan builder that depicts the detailed floor build, including the positioning of the lift, CCTV, fire extinguisher, and much more. It also allows you to remotely control the live operation of physical devices or units (like light and air conditioners) in the facility, maintaining ideal conditions and optimizing the operation cost.
