Basic Components

This module revolves around the following components:

Component	Description
Site	A site is typically the location or zone where organization owned building(s) are situated
Building	A building is any stand-alone facility or structure that belongs to the organization
Floors	Floors indicate the levels in a building
Space	Space is a portion of a floor dedicated for specified purpose Example: Storeroom, lift lobby, restroom
Sub-space	Sub-space is an extension of a space Example: Dressing area in restroom
Independent Space	Independent spaces are generally the facilities covered as a part of the building or site Example: Garden, car parking, gym, swimming pool
Asset	Assets are the physical units used in creating ideal conditions in the facility, such as the lighting, temperature, and other equipments that belong to the organization Example: HVAC system, printer
Alarm	An alarm is any form of alert triggered to notify the user(s) of the occurrence of a specified action
Workorder	A work order is a request raised by the user (usually a tenant) to address any spontaneous failures in the unit. Also, the planned or proactive maintenance tickets are counted as work orders
