User Management

User Management in simple terms is the ability to empower administrators for user access management to various information and action. User management enables the administrator to control the level of access given to any user.

A user is typically a member in an organization, for whom access is enabled for the organizational resources under controlled limit. The membership of every user is identified through a unique account associated with them. The user account is a repository that holds all the personal and organizational details of the corresponding user. Personal details such as name and contact information, and organizational details such as role and accessible resources are captured as a part of the user account creation process.
