Overview

The Surveys module of the application allows configuring surveys for the Work Orders module. It automates the process of undertaking surveys in critical and relevant scenarios. From this module, you can create multiple surveys with different questionnaires to suit the requirements (for example, separate forms to trigger on ticket log and closure). It facilitates the customization of the questionnaires with the help of an exclusive Q&A builder. Using the builder, you can create varied questions (for example, multiple choice, yes/no, and so on), organize them page-wise, define scores for each option, and configure the actions to execute upon choosing an option.
