Working with Conditions

The Condition Manager module of the application allows you to create and maintain conditions that can be used for evaluating the transitions to be executed. The criteria to be applied to the transition are configured as a part of the condition creation process.

In order to navigate to this module click the (Settings) icon and select Condition Manager under the AUTOMATION section. The Condition Manager screen appears as shown below, where the list of configured conditions are displayed.

Note: You can use the drop-down field at the top of the screen to filter the displayed conditions with respect to their modules.

The upcoming sections explain how to create a new condition, how to configure the required criteria and so on.

Creating a Condition

You can configure the conditions, that is, confirmations and validations to be associated with a transition from the Condition Manager screen.

Configuring Criteria

Defining criteria is the major part of the condition creation process, as a condition in general is a combination of criteria that conclude whether a transition can be executed.

There are certain functionalities and icons associated with this module that facilitate various other activities across the sections of the module.
