Deletion Of Accounts in Facilio

In Facilio, we're dedicated to ensuring a seamless user experience, including a simple and transparent process for deleting accounts. This guide outlines the steps to delete the accounts in Facilio, depending on the user role who initiates the deletion (Admin / Non-Admin Users).

Deletion of Admin Accounts:

Below are the list of steps to be performed if the user is an administrator and would wish to delete the complete organizational account in Facilio.

  1. Send an Email Request:

    • Write an email to support@facilio.com with the subject “Account Deletion”, requesting for Account Deletion from the registered email address that is associated with the account in Facilio.

    • Make sure the relevant details is captured in the email along with the Account/Organization details, Administrator username/email & the reasons for account deletion.

  2. Review & Processing of the Request:

    • Facilio‘s Support team shall review the email on Account Deletion.

    • This process typically takes up to one week wherein the team shall verify the request and process the deletion of the account.

  3. Process Completion:

    • The user shall be notified via an email post the process is completed.

Please note that the account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure the necessary data is backed up before initiating the deletion process.

Deletion of Non - Admin User Accounts

Below are the list of steps to be performed if the user is a non-administrator and would wish to delete the user account in Facilio.

  1. Contact the Account Administrator:

    • Reach out to the administrator of the Facilio account. The administrator has the privileges to manage user accounts, including the deletion of non-admin users.
  2. Administrator Action:

    • The account administrator will process the request of user account deletion.

Please note that once the account deletion is complete, the user will no longer have access to Facilio‘s services.
