Shifts can be organized for field agents as per the configured availability through the effective shift planner. Attendance tracking enables managers to keep a record of their employees' attendance status, total working hours, and breaks taken, while also facilitating activities such as check-in/check-out, taking breaks, and resuming work. The ability to create and configure time off and breaks for employees allows tracking of their absence or break hours, hence helping in resource allocation based on availability.
