The Workforce module is a comprehensive approach used by organizations to optimize the productivity and efficiency of their workforce. Administrators can efficiently create and manage their employees, while also monitoring completed field services with appropriate details of location and timing.

To provide a comprehensive overview of their work, the task details and appointments can be assigned to them through the time sheet. Shifts can be organized for field agents as per the configured availability through the effective shift planner. Attendance tracking enables managers to keep a record of their employees' attendance status, total working hours, and breaks taken, while also facilitating activities such as check-in/check-out, taking breaks, and resuming work. The ability to create and configure time off and breaks for employees allows tracking of their absence or break hours, hence helping in resource allocation based on availability.
