Handling Services

The services module of the application streamlines the strategies used to schedule appointments and execute work orders. Associating appointments for work orders is essential for optimizing resource allocation, minimizing downtime, improving productivity, enhancing customer service, facilitating better planning and coordination, and achieving cost savings. To navigate to this module, click the searchIcon (Services) icon in the sidebar menu. The Work Order section appears by default as shown below.

The upcoming section explains how to configure a work order, an appointment and view the details of it.
