Overview

The Portfolio Management module is one of the many primary modules that help the user get on board with the Field Service Management (FSM) application. It provides the facility managers and building owners with a bird-eye view of all the sites occupied and the infrastructure of the buildings owned across the globe.

While the Portfolio section in this module provides the facility manager with an overall view of all facilities they manage, it also displays all pertinent details of every building, space, and floor associated with a site. Once territories are established, resources like field managers, and technicians are allocated to each territory based on aspects like workload, service demand, and proximity to customers. This ensures that each territory has the necessary resources to meet service requirements efficiently. Hence, the components of portfolio and territories can be appropriately managed in this module.
