Viewing Territory
You can view the details of any territory by clicking on the records on the Territory screen. The information is grouped into Summary, Sites, Field Agents, and History sections for better clarity.
Summary
The Summary section displays the basic details that include name of the territory, description, the user responsible for creation or modification, time of creation and modification, and the geographical representation of the territory.
Sites
The Sites section displays the site(s) associated with the selected territory. You can use the Associate Site button to add a site for this territory. The associated site will be added to the list of sites.
Field Agents
The Field Agents section displays the list of agents associated with the territory along with their basic details like name, email and phone number. You can use the Associate Field Agent button to add an agent for this territory. The associated field agent will be added to the list of field agents.
History
The History section maintains the log of all activities related to the territory for future reference. The recorded information helps in understanding the course of action or changes happened in the record.
You can click the (Vertical ellipses) icon from the top right of the details page and select Edit to modify details related to the territory.
