Basic Components
This module revolves around the following components:
Component | Description |

Site | A site is typically the location or zone where organization owned building(s) are situated |
Building | A building is any stand-alone facility or structure that belongs to the organization |
Floors | Floors indicate the levels in a building |
Space | Space is a portion of a floor dedicated for specified purpose Example: Storeroom, lift lobby, restroom |
Sub-space | Sub-space is an extension of a space Example: Dressing area in restroom |
Independent Space | Independent spaces are generally the facilities covered as a part of the building or site Example: Garden, car parking, gym, swimming pool |
Asset | Assets are the physical units used in creating ideal conditions in the facility, such as the lighting, temperature, and other equipments that belong to the organization Example: HVAC system, printer |
Alarm | An alarm indicates potential issues, anomalies, or critical situations that require timely attention |
Workorder | A work order is a request raised by the user (usually a tenant) to address any spontaneous failures in the unit. Also, the planned or proactive maintenance tickets are counted as work orders |
