Managing Inventory

Inventory Management ensures that organizations have the right amount of items/tools in stock to meet the customer demand without overstocking or stockouts. This optimization leads to smoother operations, reduced storage costs, and improved efficiency in distribution and work order fulfillment processes. This method of managing items/tools is performed to track a comprehensive record of the inventory. Inventory management helps in adding an item/tool type and stocking items/tools in the storeroom. The storeroom defines the location of the inventory items/tools from where they are stored and distributed to the required sites for completing tasks.

To navigate to this module, click the (Inventory) icon from the sidebar menu. The All Items section appears, as shown below.
