Illustrating SLA Policy Application

The SLA policies created in this module are ideal for notifying the concerned stakeholders on the inconsistencies across the application. In this module, you can create SLA policies that apply to any module irrespective of its features and functionalities, as every field defined for SLA policy creation is absolutely customizable.

A sample illustration to identify the application of SLA policy on a record in the Work Orders module is shown below.

When a SLA policy is applied to a work order, it is captured as part of the Details section in the SUMMARY screen of the work order.

The History section of this module shows the track of all the communications that happened on account of the SLA policy application.
