Managing Service Catalog
A service catalog serves as a fundamental tool for organizations to structure, communicate, and optimize their service offerings, leading to improved efficiency, user satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness. Configuring a service catalog is now effortlessly accomplished with the application's Service Catalog module, streamlining the process for seamless customization to meet your organization's specific needs. To navigate to the Service Catalog module, click (Settings) icon and select Service Catalogs under the General section. The Service Catalogs screen appears with the list of service items configured for the selected application users, as shown below.
